Terms and Conditions of Service

  • Meet & Greet services add $15 for domestic flights and $30 for international (customs) flights. It's complementary under certain Round Trip promotions.
  • Gratuity - All limo rentals will include 20% customary chauffeur’s gratuity
  • Stops along-the-way are charged per stop at the vehicle hourly rate at 15 min increments.
  • Airport and Seaport access fees will be added if applicable
  • Tolls, parking, incidentals, and 7% FSC (fuel) will be added if applicable.
  • Late Pickups after midnight add $15 per 15 minute-block period increments after 12:00 (EST)
  • Early Pickups before 6:00AM (EST) add $20
  • Grace period on pick-ups is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, wait time is charged at $60 per hour or fraction of an hour with 15-minute periodic increments
  • Corporate Accounts due to the volume of usage are subject to only these amendments: [1] Curb pick-up strictly - client will call, [2] No late and early pick ups fees, [3] Chauffeur's gratuity is built into scheduled rates. Rest of conditions remains.
  • Trips out-of-county will be subject to other regulatory fees
  • IF YOU CAN'T LOCATE YOUR DRIVER please call 305 510 4620 before making alternative arrangements. Leaving your pick-up location without notifying us may result in a "no show" charge.
  • Your use of FloridaSedans services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows

  • Changes to a reservation must be received at least 6 hours in advance of the original pick-up time for most U.S. and Canadian domestic reservations and up to 12 hours in advance for international reservations. Changes will be billed at USD 10 minimum per change.
  • Cancellations before 48 hours will be a 5% charge of quoted amount.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charge in full.
  • All No shows will be charge in full.

Pick Up Procedures & Charges

  • Airport pick ups: passengers will be met at arriving terminal at the security gate for domestic flights, and at the exit from customs for international flights. Our chauffeur will be holding a sign with "Your Name" written on it.
  • Port pick ups: passengers will be met after luggage retrieval. Please walk to the passenger pick-up area (taxis and limos), located about 20 feet from your cruise exit gate. Our dispatcher will contact you 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up time to inquiry about your progress in clearing customs and other instructions.
  • Charges on your credit card will appear under Miami's Finest, Inc.
  • We will get an approval for fully amount quoted 24 hours before pick up time.
  • Incidentals will be charged if your itinerary differs from the original scheduled.
