    If you opt for paying the service by credit card, then you can use American Express, Master Card and Visa. Even you can also pay via PayPalif you don't count with any of them.

  3. What is the cancellation policy of your company?

    If you decide to cancel the booking within 24 hours, there will be a charged of 50% fee. And you will be billed the total amount if the cancellation is within 48 hours.

  5. If I need a personal present, would you provide it to me?

    There are two most common presents required for our clients, which are the bottle of champagne and box of chocolates, so you can require them to us if you needed previous arrangement.

  6. Which services does your limo company offers?

  7. How will I find my chauffeur once I arrive at the Miami or Fort Lauderdale airport?

    Once you arrive at those airports, you will recognize your chauffeur since he will be holding a sign with your name in the pickup place you requested.

  8. Where will my chauffeur pick me up at the airport?

    If you need any car seat, you can request it. However, we are not responsible for the approval and installation of the car seats you may need to.

  14. How much will I have to pay for the Car Seat needed?

    We do not charge for the car seat you may need. You can request the one you want for free.

  15. Will I be charged if my flight lands earlier or later?

    In the event your flight arrives earlier or later at the airport, you will not have to pay an extra fee. Also, our company counts with the latest technology, then your flight will be tracked and we will know your actual arrival anytime.

  16. Which information do you require for making a reservation?

    We usually require the following information: The passenger name, date of service, itinerary, passenger cell phone, email address, credit card form, type of service and vehicle, and other information we might need depending on the type of service you choose.

  17. Does your company service cover only Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports?

    Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale Airport and Palm Beach Airport are the three major airports covered by our company in Florida, as well as, some private jets. We also provide pickup service for the three principal Florida ports, Port of Miami, Port Everglade ft. Lauderdale, and the Port of Palm Beach.

  18. Is there a way to save the parking fee? >

    The parking fee can be saved if you require to be picked up at the curbside of the airport.

  19. What do you include in my quote?

    We include in your quote the transportation service, the tip for the driver (gratuity). We also include the parking, airport fee, sea port fee, wait time, on others depending on the type of service you want.

  20. How much will I be charged if I have to way for my luggage?

    You do not have to pay extra fee if you need additional time to wait for your luggage.
